Our Admissions Process
We're delighted that you are considering Our Lady of Mercy Academy! We welcome the opportunity to share with you what we believe makes Mercy a very special learning community. The admissions process is really about getting to know each other and discovering if Mercy is the right place for you. This is a process for you to come to know our school, and to decide if Mercy Academy offers the kind of experience of which you and your family will want to become a part.
2021-2022 School Year
Admissions opens for the 2021-2022 school year on November 1 for students from Saint Joseph Regional School ($50 application fee waived), and on December 1 for all students. We will be admitting students in 9th, 10th and 11th grades only. 2021-2022 acceptance letters will begin to be sent out during the first week of January 2021. Once accepted, a non-refundable tuition registration deposit fee of $150 is required in order to hold a place for next year. Admissions will continue throughout the year on a rolling basis as the 2021-2022 school year begins.
2022-2023 School Year
Admissions opens for the 2022-2023 school year on November 1 for students from Saint Joseph Regional School ($50 application fee waived), and on December 1 for all students. We will be admitting students in grades 9 - 12.

Completed applications along with your $50 application fee (check payable to Our Lady of Mercy Academy) may be submitted in hard copy to the Main Office or mailed to: Our Lady of Mercy Academy, 161 Main Street, Keene, NH 03431. For the 2021-2022 school year, the tuition is $7,300. This rate will be frozen through the remainder of the student's attendance at Mercy for those students who begin in 2021-2022.
Financial assistance is available for qualifying families.
All 9th grade students are strongly encouraged to apply for financial assistance through the NH Children's Scholarship Fund at https://nh.scholarshipfund.org/apply/.

The State of New Hampshire has created new Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) program to help expand educational opportunities for New Hampshire children. Beginning with the 2021-22 school year, eligible New Hampshire families earning up to 300% of the poverty line can direct part of their child’s state education funding to pay for tuition at the school of their choice (including Mercy Academy), tutoring, online learning programs, educational supplies, internet connectivity, and other educational expenses.
