Our Admissions Process
We're delighted that you are considering Our Lady of Mercy Academy! We welcome the opportunity to share with you what we believe makes Mercy a very special learning community. We believe the admissions process is really about getting to know each other and discovering if Mercy is the right place for you. This is a process for you to come to know our school, and to decide if Mercy Academy offers the kind of experience of which you and your family will want to become a part.
For the current school year 2020-2021
We have a rolling admissions process, and accept students at any time of the academic year. We are currently accepting students in 9th and 10th grades only.
For next school year 2021-2022
Admissions opens for the 2021-2022 school year on November 1 for students from Saint Joseph Regional School ($50 application fee waived), and on December 1 for all students. We will be admitting students in 9th, 10th and 11th grades only.

Completed applications along with your $50 application fee (check payable to Our Lady of Mercy Academy) may be submitted in hard copy to the Main Office or mailed to: Our Lady of Mercy Academy, 161 Main Street, Keene, NH 03431. Or the application may be submitted electronically via email to: Liberty Ebright, School Counselor, firstname.lastname@example.org.
All students who are accepted to Our Lady of Mercy Academy in the inaugural year (2020-2021) will receive our flat rate of $6,300 tuition for the year. This initial rate will be frozen through the remainder of the student's attendance at Mercy Academy.
For the 2021-2022 school year, the tuition will be $7,300. This rate will be frozen through the remainder of the student's attendance at Mercy.
Financial assistance is available for qualifying families.
All 9th grade students are strongly encouraged to apply for financial assistance through the Children's Scholarship Fund at https://nh.scholarshipfund.org.
